I identify deep, carefully researched audience insights to connect people with ideas that matter to them. I believe the user deserves a voice in the room, whether we’re workshopping concepts, pitching to stakeholders, or launching a new initiative. 

Created a messaging strategy and marketing guide for First Teacher, a local nonprofit supporting parents of kids ages 0-5.

My user interviews, creative brief,  and research shaped the foundation of this communication plan for an electric motorcycle.

 Posted a feature story about the unique needs of domestic violence survivors and a local shelter called Transition House.
